COMMUNITY ACCOMMODATION

Complete redevelopment of this disused housing building in order to convert it into 26 studios for the young people of l'Avenue, an organization whose mission is to promote the social and economic integration of youngsters. Since the building was once known as a place where prostitutes and drug users found themselves, the emphasis on the exterior was placed on transformation and renewal with bright colors, while respecting the appearance of the building. the origin of the building, thus indicating the change of owner and purpose of the place.
Inside, the simple layout of the accommodation allows young people in need to have everything they need in a small space of their own including kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/living room.
